The Cascades are a series of waterfalls on Monkman Creek, with a total of 10 falls in all. In 2004, a new trail and campsite were built providing easier access down to the Cascades.
Quality Falls is a 10 m -(33 ft) high step waterfall that offers warm waters to wade in during the summer and ice-climbing opportunities in the winter for beginners.
The highest waterfall in northern British Columbia, the Bergeron Falls is 100 m (328 ft) high, plunging into the Murray River Valley. Visitors can jet boat to Bergeron Creek and take a short hike to the base of the falls or take a longer trail (4.5 km/2.8 mi) that leads to the viewpoint above the falls.
