    Mountain Goat Monument
    This monument was erected in 1998 and serves as a tribute to the men and women who work in the guiding industry, promoting Smithers' outdoor beauty and adventure.

    Mr. PG
    Mr. PG was constructed in 1960 as a tribute to the importance of lumber in Prince George. Back then, Mr. PG could bow and even speak a few words, and he travelled the province. Today, Mr. PG is made of fiberglass and does not move, but he still stands for forestry and he even manages to entertain visitors with his friendly smile. Mr. PG is located at the junction of Highway 97 and Highway 16.

    Russ Baker Memorial
    This memorial is a tribute to Frank Russell Baker, one of the first bush pilots in the area. Baker was also the founder of Central BC Airways, which grew into Pacific West Airlines, and eventually a part of Air Canada.

    Tomslake Sudeten Cemetery
    Many Sudeten German Social Democratic refugees are buried at this cemetery. The Sudeten were a group that escaped Nazi Germany in 1939 and settled in the hamlet of Tomslake. A cairn is located by the museum, which is situated next to the cemetery, that honours these people.
