Mr. PG Mr. PG was constructed in 1960 as a tribute to the importance of lumber in Prince George. Back then, Mr. PG could bow and even speak a few words, and he travelled the province. Today, Mr. PG is made of fiberglass and does not move, but he still stands for forestry and he even manages to entertain visitors with his friendly smile. Tomslake Sudeten Cemetery Many Sudeten German Social Democratic refugees are buried at this cemetery. The Sudeten were a group that escaped Nazi Germany in 1939 and settled in the hamlet of Tomslake.
